Actor Kim Woo-bin transforms from a passionate young man to a 'Martial Law Enforcer.'
On the 23rd, Netflix released the before-and-after stills of Jeong-do (played by Kim Woo-bin) from the movie 'Martial Law Enforcer.' It showcases his changes as he works in a duo with Kim Sun-min (played by Kim Sung-kyun).
'Martial Law Enforcer' is an action movie. Taekwondo, kendo, and judo expert Jeong-do teams up with probation officer Kim Sun-min to closely monitor individuals with electronic ankle bracelets 24/7.
In the stills, Jeong-do gradually transforms while working with Kim Sun-min as a martial law enforcer. The images first capture them on their initial patrol, examining the situations in the alleys where the electronic ankle bracelet subjects reside.
Jeong-do gradually realizes the significance and fulfillment of protecting others' happiness, feeling a sense of duty. His change in mindset is particularly reflected in his hair, which goes from dyed blonde to black in the early scenes.
The stills also capture the chemistry between Jeong-do and Kim Sun-min. Scenes where they join hands with determination and Jeong-do joyfully receiving protective gear hint at their humane appeal.
According to an insider, "Jeong-do, who previously valued fun the most, becomes earnest about his role as a martial law enforcer. His transformation blends with spectacular real action."
'Martial Law Enforcer' will be released on Netflix on the 13th of next month.
