Singer Lee Chan-won will participate in his first Chuseok special show without receiving any payment.
On the 21st, TN Entertainment announced, "Lee Chan-won has confirmed his appearance on KBS-2TV's 'Chuseok Special Show: Lee Chan-won's Gift' airing on the 17th of next month. He plans to perform without any payment."
A representative said, "Lee Chan-won is scheduled to record on the 24th. He plans to repay the public's love with high-quality performances, so please look forward to it."
Lee Chan-won follows in the footsteps of senior singer Na Hoon-a. Na Hoon-a performed without payment in the 2020 show 'Korea Again Na Hoon-a,' conveying support to the public through his stage.
The agency noted, "Lee Chan-won made his debut in the music industry with 'Nationwide Song Contest' in 2008. Now, he has achieved the milestone of a Chuseok special show. You'll be able to see his growth story."
Lee Chan-won will be in charge of the Chuseok home theater. In addition to 'Chuseok Special Show: Lee Chan-won's Gift,' he will also be active as an MC for MBC-TV's '2024 Chuseok Special Idol Star Championships.'
Meanwhile, 'Chuseok Special Show: Lee Chan-won's Gift' will air on the 17th of next month at 7:50 PM.
