Jaehyun collaborated on the lyrics and composition with American R&B/pop duo Emotional Oranges. The song was inspired by the taste and peculiar feeling after eating the snack of the same name the night before working on the track.
The witty lyrics stand out. Moments shared with a partner are metaphorically described as 'Flamin' Hot Lemon' in the lyrics. Jaehyun's sweet voice adds to the listening pleasure.
'Completely' is a ballad. The string instruments and piano performance are impressive. It straightforwardly expresses the desire to know the other person more and love them every second.
A representative stated, "This song is a ballad with a minimal instrumental arrangement. Despite this, you can feel the calm yet earnest emotions of the song through Jaehyun's vocals."
Jaehyun also released teaser images on SNS. His enhanced visuals were notable. The images romantically depicted his pleasant nervousness and excitement before meeting a lover.
