Actors Lee Jung-eun, Gong Hyo-jin, Park So-dam, and Lee Yeon are coming together as a family. They embark on a journey with a unique purpose.

Distributor Lotte Entertainment announced on the 13th that the movie 'Gyeongju Trip' (directed by Kim Mi-jo) has completed filming. Shooting began last April and continued for three months.

'Gyeongju Trip' is an action thriller. It tells the story of four mother-daughter pairs traveling for revenge. They head to Gyeongju, timed with the release date of the criminal who killed the youngest daughter.

Trusted actors portray the mother and daughters. Lee Jung-eun takes on the role of the mother, Ok-sil. Ok-sil has been waiting for the moment of revenge after losing her daughter Gyeongju.

Gong Hyo-jin plays the eldest daughter, Jang-ju. She is a K-eldest daughter who takes care of her family more than anyone else. This marks another collaboration with Lee Jung-eun following the drama 'When the Camellia Blooms'.

Park So-dam has been cast as the second daughter, Young-ju. She is depicted as an unemployed woman with a law degree, showcasing her wide acting range and delicate character portrayal.

Lastly, Lee Yeon joins the cast as the third daughter, Dong-ju. A former wrestling athlete who reacts with her fists rather than her head, she exudes an unpredictable charm.

The director is Kim Mi-jo. Director Kim won the Grand Prize in the Korean Competition at the 21st Jeonju International Film Festival with 'Gull'. She has also been invited to international film festivals.

Meanwhile, 'Gyeongju Trip' is currently in post-production. The release date has not yet been determined.
