Japanese idol and actor Kazunari Ninomiya from 'Arashi' will visit Korea. He will hold a fan meeting for TBS's 'Black Pean Season 2 – The Devil's Surgeon' (hereafter referred to as 'Black Pean 2').
'Black Pean 2' is a medical drama where Ninomiya plays a genius surgeon. Season 1 aired in 2018 and was very popular. The new season is also leading the drama ratings in the third quarter of 2024.
In Korea, it airs on Netflix and Channel J. Actress Choi Ji-woo made a special appearance, and Kim Moo-joon played a major role. Kim Moo-joon became a rising star through his role as Crown Prince Sohyeon in 'Lovers.'
Ninomiya and Kim Moo-joon will attend the fan meeting. Fans will watch 'Black Pean 2' together, and there will be discussions about the drama and sharing of behind-the-scenes stories.
Ninomiya stated, "I am very pleased that viewers not only in Japan but also overseas can enjoy this drama," and added, "I look forward to meeting Korean fans."
Ninomiya first visited Korea in 2006 for the 'Asia Song Festival.' Since then, Arashi has held two solo concerts in Korea. This is his first official visit in 16 years.
Fan meeting tickets will be exclusively available on Ticketlink from 2 PM on the 13th. The fan meeting will take place on September 14th, starting at 4:30 PM, at the Grand Auditorium of Yonsei University in Seoul and will last approximately 120 minutes.
