
Boynextdoor (referred to as BND) has taken over the Japanese music charts. According to the latest Oricon tally on the 21st, BND earned the top spot on the 'Daily Single Ranking' for two consecutive days with their second Japanese single, 'Boy Life,' and its title track, 'Count to Love.'
The song has created a sensation across various music charts. 'Count to Love' reached the top of Japan's iTunes 'Top Songs,' LINE Music's 'Daily Music Video Top 100,' and iTunes 'Top Videos.'
BND received the news during a new album release showcase held in Tokyo on the 21st. The members expressed, "We are really happy. Thank you to everyone who listens to our new song."
On this day, they premiered the stage for 'Count to Love.' The sweet melody and the members' stable live performance stood out. In addition, they showcased 'I Feel Good' and 'Nice Guy' in succession.
The members described this new album as "a record that captures the everyday life of youth. We hope the title track is enjoyed during moments when you feel the thrill of love. It’s a song you can enjoy anytime in a casual way."
Meanwhile, BND will appear on TBS's 'CDTV LIVE! LIVE!' on the 1st of next month. They will then participate in various music shows and entertainment programs to meet with local fans.
