Kim Gun-hee Discusses 'Quiet Support' Strategy with Far-Right YouTuber
Kim Gun-hee, the spouse of former President Yoon Seok-yeol, has been revealed to have discussed promotional strategies for 'quiet support' with a far-right YouTuber.
This comes in light of Kim's promise of 'quiet support' following the controversy surrounding her alleged academic fraud shortly after former President Yoon's inauguration.
On the 19th, JTBC reported that a far-right YouTuber possessed a video of Kim Gun-hee's volunteer activities, which had not been disclosed to the media, approximately two months after former President Yoon took office.
According to the report, the video is about 40 seconds long and was filmed in August 2022, during a time when Kim was embroiled in allegations of academic fraud and had promised 'quiet support.'

In the controversial video, Kim is seen cleaning a restroom while wearing a yellow vest inscribed with a local government slogan and a mask.
According to the outlet, Kim sent the video to the far-right YouTuber A and reportedly said, "No one recognized me; this one's a bust."
In response, A advised her, "This is a good deed, so in the future, make sure to let the media know about it."
This indicates that discussions about promotional strategies for 'quiet support' occurred between Kim and the far-right YouTuber. A stated that he has maintained a close relationship with Kim since then.

Meanwhile, in August 2022, Kim visited areas severely affected by heavy rain and continued her 'unannounced disaster recovery volunteer activities.'
This fact was revealed later by the presidential office, which emphasized, "Kim has been conducting volunteer activities with minimal staff and security, and it was not a schedule planned by the presidential office but rather a personal initiative."
