After release, first greeting… "Thank you all"

Former Representative of the Justice and Innovation Party, Cho Kuk, who was pardoned as part of the Liberation Day special amnesty, has shared his first update after his release.

On the 19th, former Representative Cho uploaded a 1 minute and 44 seconds long video on his YouTube channel, 'Cho Kuk TV', delivering a message about his return.

In the video, he began by saying, "This is my first greeting on Cho Kuk TV. Finally, on the 15th, I returned to a place where I can meet all of you." He continued to express his gratitude by saying, "I would like to thank President Lee Jae-myung and many others," reflecting on the significance of 'Cho Kuk TV' that he promised when he announced his candidacy for party leader.

He explained, "It is a space where I shared news primarily about my activities as a member of the National Assembly and reports during my time as party leader."

"I will visit often… Considering live broadcasts"

He mentioned that even while imprisoned, he communicated with supporters through letters and said, "Since the 15th, the number of subscribers has increased significantly. Thank you for welcoming me back." He added, "In the future, I will often visit you through Cho Kuk TV in various ways. I’m thinking about doing live broadcasts where we can interact in real time."

However, he laughed and said, "I don’t know how it will be since I am not that interesting," while also asking for "your considerable support."

"I will contribute to resolving insurrections and the success of the government"

Former Representative Cho emphasized, "I will do my best, even if it's a small contribution, for the success of the Lee Jae-myung government. I will do my utmost for complete resolution of insurrections." He then stated, "Above all, I will listen to the voice of the people and engage in politics. Cho Kuk TV will be that channel."

At the end of the video, he requested, "Please give overwhelming likes, subscriptions, comments, and notifications."

Established in July last year, 'Cho Kuk TV' has over 40,000 subscribers as of the morning of the 20th.
