A new boy group 'CORTIS' has made its debut, hinting at a successful career as they topped global charts.

CORTIS released the conceptual performance film for their debut album's title track 'What You Want' on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel on the afternoon of the 18th at 6 PM.

This video served as a signal to launch their activities. It was shot using a one-take technique. They delivered the choreography for their debut song in the midst of the desert in Los Angeles, USA.

Their dynamic performance captured attention. CORTIS sweat profusely as they moved across 35 treadmills. They visually interpreted the message contained in their song.

It symbolizes the meaning of "not hesitating to seize what you want." The sweat droplets spilled in their practice rooms were brought to the stage through the device of the treadmill.

The unique direction resonated with global fans. 'What You Want' claimed the first spot on the YouTube Music Video Trending Worldwide chart at 8 PM (KST) on the same day.

They gained intense interest from North America, Europe, and Asia. The group ranked first in the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, and Indonesia, fourth in Brazil, seventh in France, and tenth in Peru.

Meanwhile, CORTIS will appear on Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 21st. Their debut album will be officially released on the 8th of next month.
