Drivers Struggling Due to Cycling Club Causing Traffic Disruptions
Reports have emerged of drivers suffering due to a group of bicycles that appeared on a two-lane national highway marked with 'yellow solid lines'.
On the 17th, a short video titled "Recently, a Legendary Encounter" was posted on an online community.
According to the released video, vehicles were lined up on the road. It turned out that a group presumed to be a cycling club was riding on the road, preventing the cars from gaining speed.

On the road marked with 'yellow solid lines', which prohibits lane changes due to difficulty in checking oncoming vehicles, the frustration of drivers trailing behind the group of cyclists is palpable.
The vehicles on the opposite lane, which were not occupied by the cycling group, seem oddly unlikable.
Netizens reacted by commenting, "I hope relevant legislation is established," "You have to experience this to understand. It drives a person crazy," "I followed them like this for an hour," "That's really selfish," "It's so outrageous," among other responses.

Meanwhile, according to the current Road Traffic Act, bicycles are defined as 'vehicles'.
Accordingly, bicycles must use designated bicycle paths where they exist, and in other areas, they are required to travel in a single file along the rightmost edge of the 'road'.
If specified by presidential decree, parallel riding with up to two bicycles side by side is allowed; however, riding three or more side by side is considered a clear violation of the law.
