NCT has issued a warning to some fans.
On the 7th, Neo Production posted a notice titled 'NCT Fan Etiquette Guide' on the fan platform Weverse, introducing fan etiquette for a mature fandom culture.
First, the issue of order at the airport was addressed. During the process of artists using the airport, there were concerns about safety incidents as some fans attempted physical contact or engaged in conversation and filming. Cases of fans boarding the same aircraft and approaching the artists' seats were also reported. They stated, "Following this notice, the delivery of letters and gifts at the airport and on board is prohibited. We appreciate your understanding."
Attention was also drawn to acts that interfere with scheduled activities. They warned, "Unauthorized use of personal information to change or cancel flight seats may result in liability for damages."
Furthermore, they expressed a desire for fans to refrain from visiting airports or using the same flight through improperly obtained information during domestic and international travel.
Visits to unofficial schedules and private spaces were also highlighted as problematic. It was noted that fan visits could disrupt the operations of the organizers, advising that access to private spaces such as accommodations should not be attempted.
In addition, they requested fans to refrain from ▲ obstructing vehicles ▲ illegally obtaining and trading personal information such as national identification numbers and phone numbers ▲ acts of invasion of privacy.
The label emphasized, "We would like to inform you that we can take legal action against illegal acts such as stalking and personal information leakage to protect the artists' privacy."
Meanwhile, NCT members have previously expressed their experiences of stalking. Haechan experienced residential intrusion, and Renjun paused his activities for six months due to anxiety symptoms.
