Singer G-Dragon is expanding the scale of his global exhibition.
Galaxy Corporation announced on the 5th that "G-Dragon's exhibition 'G-Dragon Media Exhibition: Übermensch' has been confirmed to take place in Hong Kong and Osaka." The exhibition 'G-Dragon Media Exhibition: Übermensch' showcases the message of his third studio album 'Übermensch' through digital media art. It has previously been held in Seoul and Tokyo.
The number of global locations for the exhibition has increased. The Hong Kong exhibition will be held from the 15th to the 7th of next month at Tsim Sha Tsui Harbor City, filling the largest shopping mall in the area.
The Osaka exhibition will run from the 30th to the 14th of next month, available for viewing at the ATC Gallery in Osaka. It will present a different immersive experience compared to Tokyo.
Excitement is growing with the announcement of additional exhibitions. This is understandable, as the exhibition features various technologies such as augmented reality (VR), 3D stereoscopic motion graphics, and real-time holograms.
Unusually strong support has poured in for the exhibition events. The exhibition held in Yeouido, Seoul, attracted 55,000 visitors, while Tokyo saw over 10,000 people on its opening day.
Taiwan also had throngs of visitors eager to see the G-Dragon exhibition. Tickets for the month sold out just 20 minutes after they were released, catching the attention of local media.
The agency urged, "Please look forward to the 'G-Dragon Media Exhibition: Übermensch' tour and what encounters with G-Dragon await in Hong Kong and Osaka."
