Violation of Probation Guidelines Leading to Reoffending… Flaws in Youth Crime Management System Revealed
Police investigations revealed that A had previously been convicted of assault and was under probation at the time of this incident.

As per probation regulations, A was required to report his location daily to his probation officer, but he had gone out of contact since the beginning of this month.
During this period, it has been uncovered that A committed this crime in a blind spot of supervision.
The Yeongdo Police Station in Busan has sent A to juvenile detention for violating probation guidelines and is conducting additional investigations on charges of injury and other offenses.
