Jo Gyu-seong Prepares for Return with a Short Hair Transformation
FC Midtjylland, a club in the Danish Superliga, has released the player profiles on its official website ahead of the new season.
This list features a new look for Korean national team forward Jo Gyu-seong.

Transformed with a short haircut in a 'buzz cut' style, Jo Gyu-seong displayed a fierce gaze in his profile photo, revealing his determination to make a comeback.
Jo Gyu-seong's football journey began with the youth team of FC Anyang, making his professional debut in 2019.
He marked his debut season by scoring 14 goals, earning recognition for his potential, and transferred to the K League's top team, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, in 2020. However, his first season at Jeonbuk was challenging, and he temporarily transferred to Gimcheon Sangmu in 2021 for military service.
This decision became a turning point in his career, as he showcased exceptional scoring ability with Gimcheon Sangmu, establishing himself as one of the top strikers in K League 1.
World Cup Star Jo Gyu-seong on the Brink of Return After Injury

Jo Gyu-seong returned to Jeonbuk midway through the 2022 season, achieving the title of league top scorer. He soon became a key forward for the Korean national team at the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Notably, he received global attention by scoring two goals in the group stage match against Ghana, winning the hearts of fans both domestically and internationally with his impressive skills and charming appearance.
Capitalizing on his success at the World Cup, Jo Gyu-seong transferred to Denmark's Midtjylland in the summer of 2023, making his way to the European stage.
Although he recorded an impressive tally of 13 goals and 4 assists in his first season, he faced unexpected complications following meniscus surgery ahead of the 2023-24 season.
As a result, he was unable to participate in a single match last season, leaving a sense of disappointment.

Currently, Jo Gyu-seong is participating in team training with Midtjylland ahead of the new season, working on regaining his fitness.
Although he is not yet at full physical condition and immediate match participation is challenging, positive news about his training participation indicates that a return is imminent.
Football fans are looking forward to Jo Gyu-seong's return to the field with his newly transformed short hair.
