‘Kdehun’ OST, Global Popularity… Entering UK Official Chart for 5th Week

The Netflix original soundtrack (OST) for "K-Pop Demon Hunters" (directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Apfelhans) has taken over the UK charts.

The Official UK Chart released its latest rankings on the 26th for the chart period covering July 25-31. The OST track "Golden" from "K-Pop Demon Hunters" has landed at 4th place in the "Top 100 Singles Chart," breaking its own record for the highest ranking. "Golden" climbed five spots compared to the previous week, starting at 93rd in its first week and reaching 31st, 20th, 9th, and ultimately 4th place. It has successfully charted for five consecutive weeks.

The song "Your Idols," performed by Lion Boys, secured the 14th position on the chart, maintaining its upward trend for four weeks. It jumped 12 positions from the previous week. "Soda Pop" debuted at 17th place.

The tracks are also performing well on domestic charts. As of 10 AM on the 26th, "Golden" hit the top spot on Melon's "Top 100" chart. "Soda Pop" secured 2nd place while "Your Idols" ranked 9th.

"K-Pop Demon Hunters" is an animation centered around K-pop idols, featuring the story of the girl group and exorcists "HuntREX" as they face off against the boy group "Lion Boys."
