Fire Truck Falls Off Cliff During Beehive Removal Mission, 3 Firefighters Seriously Injured

A tragic accident occurred in Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, where a fire truck fell off a cliff while carrying out a beehive removal mission.

As a result of the accident, three firefighters sustained serious injuries.

According to an announcement by the Gyeongbuk Fire Headquarters on the 22nd, the incident took place around 1:21 PM on the 21st in the Chisan-ri area of Sinyoung-myeon, Yeongcheon. While the fire truck was backing up, it fell approximately 10 meters off a cliff, creating a shocking situation.

All three firefighters aboard the truck suffered severe injuries such as fractures and were immediately transported to a nearby hospital.

It is a heartbreaking situation where firefighters, who dedicate themselves to the safety of others, have found themselves in danger.
