As a result of the incident, a woman in her twenties, identified as B, who was walking with her two-year-old son in a stroller, along with a man in his forties, identified as C, who was also walking on the same sidewalk, were injured.

CCTV footage released by Channel A shows a white vehicle driven by a man in his seventies, identified as A, suddenly turning towards B, who was walking with the stroller, as it maneuvered around a parked black vehicle.

Fortunately, the vehicle just grazed past B and the stroller before colliding with another passerby, C.

Immediately after the accident, C is seen sitting on the ground.

Fortunately, all the injured individuals are reported to be in stable condition, but they have been transported to the hospital for treatment.

Driver's Statement and Police Investigation

In the police investigation, A stated, "I pressed the brake pedal to avoid the parked vehicle in front of me, but the speed did not decrease, so I turned the steering wheel."
