Actor Lee Joon becomes the new face of 'Workman.'
PrainTPC announced on the 18th that "Lee Joon has been officially selected as the new MC for the upcoming season of 'Workman,'" adding, "He will share vitality with his witty hosting skills and friendly charm."
'Workman' is a YouTube entertainment content that conveys the joys and sorrows of office workers by directly experiencing various professions. It has recorded a cumulative view count of 1 billion views.
With the new season, a complete overhaul is taking place. Jang Sung-kyu has held the position for the past six years, and Lee Joon will be taking over. He is expected to inject new energy into the show.
Lee Joon has been active as an actor, appearing in dramas such as 'Escape from the 7,' 'Red Heart,' as well as in films like 'Lucky' and 'Iris 2: The Movie.' Recently, he has also challenged himself with musical performances.
He has also been active in variety shows, appearing in KBS-2TV's '1 Night 2 Days Season 4,' ENA's 'Earth Marble World Travel 3,' and SBS-TV's 'Jungle Bob 2 – Caribbean Bob,' showcasing his excellent variety skills.
Meanwhile, 'Workman' is set to premiere on the 25th of this month. New episodes will be uploaded every Friday at 6 PM on the YouTube 'Workman' channel.
