The OST of Netflix's 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' continues to dominate the music charts.

According to a chart preview article released by Billboard on the 14th, the 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' OST has climbed one spot to take 2nd place on the 'Billboard 200', setting a new personal best. The album entered the chart at 8th place in its first week of release, and then jumped 5 spots to reach 3rd place, maintaining its upward trajectory to 2nd place.

Only four OSTs have recorded 2nd place or higher on this chart in the 2020s, including 'K-Pop Demon Hunters', 'Wicked', 'Barbie', and 'Encanto'.

The 'Billboard 200' rankings are calculated based on physical album sales, streaming (SEA), and downloads (TEA). The 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' OST saw a 21% increase compared to the previous week, achieving 75,000 album units. SEA accounted for 70,000, album sales totaled 4,000, and TEA reached 1,000.

Billboard noted that "'K-Pop Demon Hunters' is the first OST to debut in the top 10 and show an increase in album units in the 2nd to 3rd weeks since 'Guardians of the Galaxy' (2017)."

In its 3rd week of release, it recorded 96.33 million streams, marking an extraordinary performance among OSTs. This figure represents the highest weekly streaming for an OST in over three years since 'Encanto'.

Domestic popularity is also soaring. The song 'Golden', performed by the girl group HuntRix in the film, topped the Melon 'Top 100' chart as of 7 AM today, surpassing competitive hits from All Day Project and Aespa.

'Soda Pop' by Saja Boys ranks 5th, while 'Your Idol' is at 19th. 'How It's Done' holds 54th place, 'Takedown' is at 93rd, and 'Free' is at 98th. A total of six songs have made it into the top 100.
