On the 11th, Lawyer Kim expressed her feelings through her Facebook, stating, "For a client to be arrested twice is a significant emotional blow for a lawyer."

She added, "The rule of law should not be invaded by the political realm, yet it is evident that all such domains are currently collapsing."

"Imprisoned without a dime… unable to use the funds."

According to Lawyer Kim, former President Yoon was unable to receive any funds until he was formally assigned an inmate number shortly after being detained.

She noted, "There is no way the president would carry cash, so he entered without a single penny and was unable to purchase anything."

Additionally, she mentioned that, "I rushed to deposit funds because I was told that the money had to be deposited by 4 PM on Friday to buy items before the weekend," and she revealed the time she made the deposit.

At 3:23 PM that day, Lawyer Kim deposited the funds and also disclosed the account number.

"Is the fund limit 100,000 won? Need to confirm if it's an administrative error."

She also raised questions regarding the limit on funds.

Lawyer Kim explained, "As far as I know, the fund limit is up to 4 million won, and additional transfers can be received. This time, the limit was set at 100,000 won. I will check with the detention center to see if this was an administrative error or a policy."

In conclusion, she criticized, "He did not embezzle thousands of billions through development corruption, nor did he personally pocket anything, yet they are conducting a special investigation claiming 'fury' is a crime."
