Singer Jung Joon-young (35) was spotted at a club in France. A video showing him engaging in intimate behavior with a foreign woman has also been released.

Jung Joon-young's recent activities quickly spread through online communities. A post by a French national, identified as A, reported seeing Jung at a club in Lyon, France, accompanied by photos and comments.

A wrote, "I met Jung Joon-young, who was involved in the Seungri and Burning Sun scandal. He asked for my SNS ID at that time. Later, I saw Jung behaving flirtatiously with another young woman."

A video was also made public. On the 10th, a media outlet reported on the video sent by an overseas netizen. Jung Joon-young was seen at the club, sharing intimate moments with a foreign woman, including their faces closely together.

The informant said, "I am learning Korean and I started a conversation with Jung's group out of excitement. Another member of his group mentioned he was a 'famous singer in Korea,' which made me realize he was Jung Joon-young from the 'Burning Sun' case."

The informant also revealed that they had a conversation with Jung over SNS. "Jung introduced himself as 'Jun from Boston' and mentioned that he is a songwriter and a composer. He also said he would be opening a Korean restaurant in Lyon soon."

After reports emerged of Jung being in France, he contacted the informant. The informant said, "He expressed disappointment, saying he just wanted to make friends with people, but he then hid his account."

Jung Joon-young was previously found to have shared illegal footage and conspired to commit sexual crimes in a mobile group chat with Seungri and Choi Jong-hoon. In 2016, he received a five-year prison sentence for gang-raping a woman. He was released from prison this past March.
