Actor Ma Dong-seok and Park Hyung-sik are set to confront each other dramatically.
On the 8th, production company Studio X+U unveiled the poster for the series "Twelve" (written by Kim Bong-han, directed by Kang Dae-kyu). Tae-san (played by Ma Dong-seok) and O-kyu (played by Park Hyung-sik) are seen glaring at each other.
There is a palpable tension in the air. This is understandable, as Tae-san is the leader of the 12 angels who have been protecting humans. In contrast, O-kyu was sealed away by angels thousands of years ago and has now awakened.
The text on the poster is also striking. It reads, "Save the world by fighting against the forces of evil." It raises anticipation for how the 12 angels will combat the evil forces to save the world.
"Twelve" is an action hero series inspired by the 12 zodiac signs from Eastern mythology. It revolves around the premise that these beings live in human form, taking on a story where they confront the forces of evil.
It garnered attention from the planning stage due to its powerful casting. In addition to Ma Dong-seok and Park Hyung-sik, the cast includes Seo In-guk, Sung Dong-il, Lee Ju-bin, Ko Gyu-pil, Kang Mina, Sung Yu-bin, and Ahn Ji-hye, among others.
Meanwhile, "Twelve" will be simultaneously aired on Disney+ and KBS-2TV. The first broadcast is scheduled for the 23rd of next month.
