**Unauthorized Trash Dumping Incident in Motorcycle Storage Box**

An unauthorized trash dumping incident in a villa parking lot in Seocho-gu, Seoul has come to light through a victim's report.

The behavior of an air conditioning cleaning company employee, who used someone else's motorcycle storage box as a trash can, has been captured on CCTV, stirring controversy.

According to JTBC's "Incident Control Room" on the 1st, the informant A recently discovered various trash items, including paper cups, wet wipes, and plastic bags, illegally dumped in their motorcycle storage box.

What is even more serious is that A's personal belongings stored in the box, including clothing and blankets, were damaged due to contamination from the trash.

Identifying the Perpetrator Through CCTV

The affected individual A secured the villa's CCTV footage to track down the perpetrator.

Upon checking, it was captured that a male employee from the air conditioning cleaning company hired by the villa's tenant opened the motorcycle storage box and disposed of trash. The unauthorized dumping was clearly evidenced.

A contacted the company to file a strong complaint. However, the man initially denied the fact, saying, "I didn't do that."

According to the phone recording provided by A, when A warned, "I will submit the CCTV footage to the police," the man changed his tone, saying, "What should I do? It seems like an outsourced employee did that, but I apologize on his behalf."

Repeating Justifications and Missing Apologies

As the situation became more serious, A sent the evidence video via text message. After reviewing it, the man contacted A again, admitting, "I saw the text you sent, and it seems like that person is me. I will apologize in person."

However, the man did not show up even an hour after the promised apology time, displaying irresponsible behavior by not contacting A afterward. This led A to express, "I feel anger at this incomprehensible attitude," and stated plans to formally file a complaint with the police.

This incident raises awareness of the unethical behavior of irresponsibly handling someone else's property through unauthorized trash dumping, as well as the failure to take responsibility even after admitting wrongdoing.
