Man Throws Food at One-room Building, Police Investigation Underway
The police have launched a preliminary investigation into a man who repeatedly threw food at a one-room building.
According to News1 on the 28th, the victim, the building owner A, recently submitted a complaint to the Mapo Police Station. The complaint states that from 2023 until the 26th of this month, a man identified as B has entered A's property four times and thrown food.

In particular, footage captured by CCTV showed B recording his actions with his mobile phone and singing the jingle for jajangmyeon (black bean noodles).
B's bizarre behavior began on July 17, 2023, when he posted insulting flyers at the entrance of the building. The flyers reportedly contained phrases such as, "You must be having a hard time defending this shabby office building lol," "No one has even given it a second thought, but he doesn't realize this lol," and "Tsk tsk tsk~ lol."
In October of the same year, he poured coffee on the first floor of the building, and in January 2024, CCTV captured him throwing ramen inside the elevator.
Most recently, in the early hours of the 26th, surveillance cameras recorded him throwing a cup noodle container filled with jajangmyeon contents down the stairs on the first floor of the building.
Victim A emphasized that "B is a complete stranger" and noted that there is no hostility between the two. They also expressed difficulties caused by B's actions, which have led to mounting complaints from residents.

The police plan to confirm the facts based on the complaint submitted by A.
As concerns grow over safety and residential environment issues in one-room buildings, the investigation results and actions taken regarding this incident are drawing attention.
