Professional baseball team LG Twins is once again gaining attention with marketing that causes heart flutters.
Recently, the LG Twins launched a collaborative product with the Naver Webtoon 'Maru is a Dog' once again, following last year's success. A kids' model featured in the promotional poster has captured the gaze of not only baseball fans but also internet users instantly.
Some netizens expressed their surprise, wondering if the model was a "live-action Maru," as her appearance resembles the dog 'Maru' from the webtoon, complete with an adorable uniform.
Fans who have been following the LG Twins immediately recognized her identity, while others questioned whether she was a child actress or if she was chosen through an audition.
As it turns out, this lovely kids' model is Chae-i, the daughter of LG Twins catcher Park Dong-won. In other words, they used an employee's daughter as the model.
Chae-i, who has grown up as a genuine LG Twins fan while frequently accompanying her father to the baseball stadium, was chosen as the model for this collaboration.

Chae-i, with her hair styled in two round buns like Maru, flaunted her cuteness while wearing the uniform co-designed by LG Twins and 'Maru is a Dog,' winning the hearts of not only LG Twins fans but also internet users.
Meanwhile, on the 23rd, the LG Twins announced that through this collaboration, they would launch over 35 types of merchandise including uniforms, hats, baseballs, cheering supplies, clothing, and plush toys, conveying the message that "baseball is not just a sport, it's a lifestyle."

These products will be available for pre-sale at the Twins Collab Shop at 3 PM tomorrow (26th) and from the 27th to the 29th, at a pop-up store set up at the outfield catchball field in Jamsil Stadium.
Additionally, to commemorate this collaboration, an event titled 'Return of Invincible Maru Day' will take place during the three-game series against KIA Tigers from the 27th to the 29th.
