Singer Lim Young-woong's first acting performance will be revealed.
The short film 'In October' will be released on Coupang Play at 12 PM on the 6th. You will be able to see Lim Young-woong in a new light as an actor rather than a singer.
The film is set in a world devastated by an unknown plague. It tells the story of 'Hero' who lives with his only friend, 'Si-wol.'
It is a full version of Lim Young-woong's 'Warmth' music video, which has surpassed 6 million views. The full version unfolds as a 31-minute short film, showcasing a new side of Lim Young-woong.
The film is directed and written by Kwon Oh-joon. Director Kwon has worked on music videos and short films for various artists including Simon Dominic, Dynamic Duo, Code Kunst, and BIBI.
The film also boasts a stellar cast. Actress Ahn Eun-jin stars as 'Hee-yeon,' and Hyun Bong-sik plays the role of 'Joon-ho.' Their detailed and immersive performances enhance the completeness of the film.
Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong also offers 'I’m HERO the Final,' a film adaptation of his encore concert held at Gocheok Sky Dome in 2022. It documents Lim Young-woong's interviews and behind-the-scenes stories from his national tour.
