'Despicable Me 4' (Director Chris Renaud) comes with a powerful soundtrack.
On the 4th (Korean time), U.S. 'Deadline' reported that 'Despicable Me 4' follows the footsteps of its predecessors with a soundtrack filled with global hit songs.
Mega hit songs from all around the world appear in the movie. BTS's 'Dynamite' and BLACKPINK's 'BOOMBAYAH' are included.
Especially notable is the new character who is a die-hard fan of BTS. The aspiring villain, Poppy, is set as an ARMY (fandom name), adding to the visual and auditory fun.
Additionally, the lineup includes Elton John and Dua Lipa's 'Cold Heart', EMF's 'Unbelievable', and Pitbull's 'Freedom'.
Pharrell Williams collaborates with Illumination once again, providing two songs for the soundtrack, continuing the popularity of 'Happy'.
Meanwhile, 'Despicable Me 4' tells the story of the ultimate villain Gru after he becomes the father of four children. The movie will be released domestically on July 24th.
