Prime Minister candidate Kim Min-seok has expressed his intent to undergo comprehensive verification concerning the allegations of receiving political funds surrounding him.
On the 13th, Candidate Kim stated, "I am willing to have anyone, including the prosecutor who handled my past case, called to this hearing," demonstrating a proactive willingness to clarify the allegations.
Meeting with journalists at the Financial Supervisory Service Training Center in Tongui-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Candidate Kim emphasized, "I will ensure that how the prosecution operated in the past will be sufficiently revealed during this hearing." Candidate Kim mentioned, "Various curiosities regarding the personnel hearing have been raised in the media," adding, "I will address the raised issues in an appropriate manner."
