A death threat against former President Yoon Suk-yeol has been discovered, prompting police investigation.

A death threat directed at former President Yoon Suk-yeol was posted on an online community, leading the police to track down the author.

On the morning of the 13th around 4 AM, a post titled "I'm going to Akro Vista to kill Yoon Suk-yeol, any last advice?" appeared on the internet community site DC Inside, which prompted the Jecheon Police Station in North Chungcheong Province to initiate an investigation.

Upon receiving a citizen report regarding the threatening post online, the police took immediate action.

Currently, the police have requested the preservation of the relevant post from the operators of DC Inside and are in the process of identifying the author through IP tracking.

A police official stated, "We will quickly apprehend the author and determine the exact circumstances of the post."
