Park Na-rae is currently at her hometown keeping vigil for her grandmother who has passed away.

According to a report by News1 on the 9th, Park Na-rae is currently at the funeral home in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do, her hometown, welcoming visitors. The funeral will take place on the 10th.

Park Na-rae's grandmother appeared on MBC's "I Live Alone," which Park Na-rae is a cast member of, back in 2019.

In an episode aired in December last year, Park Na-rae mentioned, "I used to eat the kimchi made by my grandparents every year. Now that my grandfather is no longer with us and my grandmother is ill, I will have to make kimchi myself from now on." This statement hinted at her grandmother's declining health.

Her grandfather, who appeared alongside her, passed away in October 2023.

Meanwhile, Park Na-rae debuted as a comedian in 2006 as part of KBS's 21st class talent recruitment and has been active in various comedy programs such as KBS 2TV's "Gag Concert" and tvN's "Comedy Big League."

She has also expanded into the entertainment sector, currently participating in shows like "I Live Alone" and "Homes on the Block."
