"There's nothing but my sin… Please return my daughter to the acting position"
Actress Kim Bu-sun has brought up past scandals with President Lee Jae-myung, making a public statement.
On the 7th, Kim posted a video on her YouTube channel 'Kim Bu-sun TV', claiming, "Lee Jae-myung, be responsible for me. You deceived me, and that's why I have become unemployed today. Please help me return to my acting career."
She continued, "I have done nothing wrong. My only sin is trusting and liking you," and pleaded, "Please return my daughter to the acting position as well. That is what it means to be a man, to be a parent. Aren't you a parent too?"
"Supporting with 18 won while claiming I'm innocent… I am a perfectly fine person."
Kim expressed her outrage over the reactions from some of the passionate supporters of the pro-Lee faction after her broadcast. She said, "In my last broadcast, I sincerely conveyed my wish for you to do well, but the 'Kka-daughters' came back and left malicious comments. They sent donations of 18 won each. They falsely accuse me of wrongdoing."
She added, "What do I gain by exposing my relationship with Lee Jae-myung? I am a perfectly fine person," and questioned, "Why would I accuse someone I’ve never even met of wrongdoing? They say I'm crazy and that I’m being deceived."
"Claims about the President's son having gambling and sexual issues… Needs treatment"
In the video that day, Kim also brought up issues related to President Lee Jae-myung's family. She remarked, "Your son is getting married, but should I go with about 200 won?" and stated, "The gambling addiction of the President's son is as serious as a drug addiction. He needs treatment."
She further claimed, "The level of sexual content in his writings is not normal. He seems to have mental issues," and added, "It’s so sad. How lonely, neglected, and abused must he have been to end up like this?"
Previously, Kim claimed that she was in a romantic relationship with then-candidate Lee Jae-myung during the 2018 local elections for the governor of Gyeonggi Province. In response, Lee Jae-myung had firmly denied the claims, stating they were "completely untrue," and reiterated on June 14 of that year via his SNS that "it is not true. Isn’t that enough?" as a rebuttal to online suspicions.
It is reported that Kim has not provided evidence to substantiate her claims.
Meanwhile, on the 3rd, immediately after the confirmation of President Lee's election in the 21st presidential election, Kim mentioned, "Finally, Lee Jae-myung has become the President. I am conflicted about whether to congratulate or mourn, and I hope he becomes a great leader."
