Singer Kim Hee-jae successfully completed his musical performance.
Kim Hee-jae took the stage for the first performance of the musical ‘Your Lie in April’ at CJ Towol Theater in the Seoul Arts Center on the 28th. All tickets were sold out from the start.
He transformed into the character ‘Arima Kousei’, a genius pianist. He delicately expressed the emotional lines of a character trapped in trauma, captivating the audience instantly.
Kim Hee-jae showcased exceptional versatility. His deepened acting skills, clear high notes, and distinct diction were impressive, evoking both emotion and admiration simultaneously.

In particular, he passionately sang the representative number “If I Can’t Hear the Sound of My Piano,” which gained attention through the Muras video. His emotional expression added weight to the scene.
Kim Hee-jae received rave reviews for his solid acting and singing skills. Audience members left reviews saying it was a “youthful story filled with emotion and enjoyment” and “a healing performance.”
Meanwhile, Kim Hee-jae will continue to meet his audience through the musical ‘Your Lie in April’ until August 25th.
