Ailet is set to take the stage at one of Japan's major music festivals.
Billiflab announced on the 14th that Ailet will perform at the 'Rock in Japan Festival 2025' to be held at Soga Sports Park in Chiba City, Japan, on September 14. The 'Rock in Japan Festival' is one of Japan's four major music festivals, attracting 275,000 attendees last year alone. This year marks its 26th edition, taking place from September 13-15 and 20-21.
Ailet is listed on the lineup for the festival's second day, making them the first K-pop girl group to perform at this event. Previously, CNBLUE (2013) and ENHYPEN (2024) took to the stage.
Ailet has been experiencing explosive growth in Japan. They garnered various trophies at the '66th Japan Record Awards' and the '39th Japan Golden Disc Awards' with their debut song 'Magnetic.'
They have also performed on shows such as 'Kohaku Uta Gassen' and 'FNS Music Festival.' In January, they showcased their bright and lively charm with the theme song 'Almond Chocolate' from the local movie 'I Don’t Just Like Your Face.'
Meanwhile, Ailet will hold their first fan concert 'Glitter Day' at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on June 7-8 before heading to Japan, where they will meet local fans in Kanagawa and Osaka.
