Actor Oh Jung-se becomes a daughter-loving father. The distributor NEW announced on the 14th, "Oh Jung-se has joined the film 'High Five' (directed by Kang Hyoung-chul). He plays a father who constantly worries about his daughter."

Oh Jung-se portrays Jong-min, a former national taekwondo representative and the owner of a taekwondo studio. He is a character who goes to great lengths for his daughter Wan-seo (played by Lee Jae-in). Even after Wan-seo receives a heart transplant, he remains anxious. When his daughter comes home late and he discovers a lie, he becomes deeply troubled.

Oh Jung-se explained about Jong-min, "I've tried to portray the father-daughter relationship in a way that is loving rather than overprotective." Although he lacks superhuman abilities, his presence is formidable. Director Kang Hyoung-chul added, "Jong-min has the greatest superpower in 'High Five'."

He demonstrates a father-daughter chemistry with Lee Jae-in. She expressed her gratitude by saying, "He took care of me like a real dad. I relied on him a lot, even calling him 'dad'."

Oh Jung-se is transforming his acting by stepping away from his previous image, planning to showcase a different paternal affection compared to his roles in dramas like 'When the Camellia Blooms' as No Gyu-tae and 'Socks and Sandals' as Yeom Byeong-cheol.

Meanwhile, 'High Five' tells the story of five people who gain superpowers through organ transplants and encounter those who seek to exploit these abilities. It is set to be released on the 30th.
