ㅣ Highest Priced Apartment Stops Providing Shared Products

The highest priced apartment, Raemian One Bailey, located in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, has taken special measures in response to the unreasonable actions of some residents. The apartment management has announced that it will discontinue the provision of shared amenities such as shampoo and lotion in the communal sauna.

According to the apartment community on the 29th, Raemian One Bailey has installed a notice announcing the "Discontinuation of Shared Supplies in the Sauna."

The announcement states, "According to a decision by the residents' representatives, all shared supplies except for soap and toothpaste will be discontinued after current stock is exhausted." Previously, the sauna was stocked with shared items for residents, including shampoo, toothpaste, soap, lotion, and cotton swabs. However, this decision appears to have been reached due to the 'unreasonable usage behavior' of some residents.

In the One Bailey residents' group chat, which has about 12,000 participants, reports emerged saying, "There are people taking shampoo home, and some are even doing laundry with shampoo instead of detergent."

A representative from the management company also stated, "There have been repeated instances where some residents bring containers and pump shared shampoo out to take with them."

Previously, in a sauna at the Gangnam 'Gaepo Xi Residence' complex, a theft occurred where seven Dyson hair dryers, regarded as shared amenities, were stolen. The Dyson hair dryers installed in the sauna are high-priced products, selling for about 500,000 won. At that time, there were no thefts reported in the men's sauna, but thefts occurred only in the women's sauna, which garnered significant attention.
