Adore has warned fans to be cautious of unofficial events circulating among them. On the 26th, Adore stated, "The Indomie Mi Goreng pop-up store is an official event conducted by our partner with Adore's approval," while emphasizing that "we have not solicited promotional activities or the collection of personal information through fan accounts." NewJeans is currently active as the advertising model for the Indonesian noodle brand 'Indomie.' Adore officially recognizes this activity, separate from any contractual disputes.

The issue arose from the actions of a group claiming to represent the NewJeans fandom, known as Team Burnies. On the 25th, they posted an announcement about the NewJeans and Indomie Mi Goreng pop-up store on social media. Team Burnies requested participation in the online purchase demand, stating that the information would only be used for a simple demand survey and asking for names, phone numbers, and email addresses. In response, the agency warned, "We have confirmed that some accounts and communities are collecting personal information under the pretense of a preliminary demand survey, and we urge you to be cautious to avoid potential harm." Meanwhile, NewJeans filed an objection against the court's ruling on the 16th, but it was dismissed. They are currently in the process of appealing and have temporarily suspended their activities.
