"After eating everything, now I want a refund"… A self-employed person suffering from 'delivery beggars'
A self-employed individual is experiencing distress due to a customer who selectively ate the meat from 'Gopdoritang' and demanded a refund, claiming "it smells bad and I can't eat it."
On the 23rd, a post titled "Do you offer refunds, owners?" was uploaded to the self-employed online community 'If It Hurts, You’re a Boss.'
The author, Mr. A, began, "A refund request came through customer service. The food is Gopdoritang, and the customer is asking for a refund because it is too oily and smells bad."
He continued, "When I asked if they could send a photo of the food they threw away, they sent a video showing food that clearly looks like it has been eaten."

In the video A received from the customer, the food that was said to be "too smelly to eat" has only vegetables and broth left, with the chicken and intestines gone.
This is clearly contrasted with the image of 'fresh Gopdoritang' that Mr. A shared, claiming it was from other customers' reviews.
Mr. A said, "They left just the vegetables and broth, but ate everything else," lamenting that he had told customer service that a refund would not be possible, yet he has received five refund requests.
Netizens reacting to the story expressed their anger, commenting things like, "Just think of it as stepping in poop," "They thoroughly picked what they wanted and then ask for a refund. They really have no conscience," "The broth looks like it was just watered down," and "Please do something so delivery beggars can’t order."
