Former President Moon Jae-in Indicted on Charges of Bribery
The prosecution has indicted former President Moon Jae-in on charges of bribery without detention.
On the 24th, the Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office announced the results of its investigation into the 'former President Moon's undue support for his family's immigration to Thailand' case and stated that it has indicted former President Moon on charges of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (bribery) without detention.

Former President Moon is accused of receiving about 217 million won in salary and housing benefits by facilitating the employment of his former son-in-law, Mr. Seo, who is the ex-husband of his daughter, Dahye, at Thai Sky Aviation.
The prosecution concluded that Lee Sang-jik, a former member of the Democratic Party known as the actual owner of Thai Sky Aviation, employed Mr. Seo in exchange for the position of chairman at the Small and Medium Business Corporation, and indicted Lee on charges of bribery and breach of trust as well.
