Na Kyung-won Camp, Advisory Group Including Kim Heung-guk… Heavyweights Like Jeong Yang-seok, Park Chan-jong, and Seo Sang-mok Join
Singer Kim Heung-guk has been recruited as an advisor to the Na Kyung-won campaign for the People Power Party's presidential primary.
On the 19th, the Na Kyung-won camp announced the joining of prominent figures such as Kim Heung-guk, Jeong Yang-seok, the President of Special Olympics Korea, Park Chan-jong, Chairman of the Asia Economic Research Institute, and Seo Sang-mok, Chairman of the International Social Welfare Council.
Chairman Jeong Yang-seok, who has served as a member of the National Assembly in the 19th and 20th sessions, will take the role of co-head of the organizational headquarters for the Na Kyung-won camp.
Chairman Park Chan-jong and Chairman Seo Sang-mok are veteran politicians who respectively served as members of the National Assembly from the 9th to the 14th and the 13th to the 15th sessions. They will act as advisors alongside Elder Pastor Im Myung-jin of Galilee Church (former chair of the emergency countermeasures committee for the Liberty Korea Party) and theater actress Park Jeong-ja (former board member of the Arts Center).
Singer Kim Heung-guk has been appointed to the advisory group along with Lee Dong-seop, the President of the Taekwondo Headquarters, and Seo Min, a professor at Dankook University’s Department of Parasitology.
Kim Heung-guk has maintained a connection with candidate Na Kyung-won, having supported her during the last general election and participating with her in the Marine Corps Marathon in 2011.
Establishment of Policy Advisory Group and Legal Support Group Completed
The Na Kyung-won camp also announced the formation of the Policy Advisory Group and Legal Support Group.
The Policy Advisory Group includes Choi In, Professor Emeritus at Sogang University, Kim Hyun-sook, former Minister of Gender Equality and Family, Song Hee-kyung, CEO of Akkara Life, Moon Hong-seong, former CEO of Doosan, Jo Yoon-young, Professor of International Studies at Chung-Ang University, Seo Jeong-rim, former CEO of Lim-AMC, and Baek Hong-ryeol, former Director of the Defense Science Research Institute, who will contribute to forming candidate Na Kyung-won's policies.
The Legal Support Group includes Sim Jae-don, Chairman of the Incheon Dong-gu Michuhol-gu Party Committee for the People Power Party, and Yoon Yong-geun, Chairman of the Seongnam Jungwon-gu Party Committee.
