TWICE has unexpectedly released a collaboration song with the British band Coldplay.

On the 18th at midnight (Korean time), Coldplay released a new single titled "WE PRAY – TWICE Version" on domestic and international music platforms. "WE PRAY" is the title track from their 10th studio album released last October. The new version includes TWICE's vocals, featuring them singing in Korean.

This release is part of a global collaboration project. Prior to the TWICE version, artists such as Little Simz, Tini, Eliana, and Jaslyn Royal had performed "WE PRAY."

TWICE stated, "'WE PRAY' is a song that shares a message of hope while overcoming difficulties together," adding, "It was an honor to collaborate with Coldplay." They further remarked, "It was even more meaningful to record our parts in Korean. We hope our sincerity reaches everyone. We appreciate your support."

This version was first showcased during Coldplay's concert in South Korea before the official music release. TWICE performed the new song as guests at the stadium tour.

Meanwhile, TWICE will participate as headliners at "Lollapalooza Chicago," which will be held on August 3rd at Grant Park in Illinois, USA.
