
'(G)I-DLE's' Miyeon has released a global collaboration track.
Cube Entertainment announced on the 16th, "Miyeon and Chinese singer Jike Junyi have engaged in a special collaboration. Their song 'Glow Up' has been released today."
'Glow Up' is a song that combines a lively melody with uplifting lyrics, encouraging listeners to "love the person in the mirror." It helps to maintain self-esteem and fosters courage.
This song was produced as part of Wang Yiyun Music's 'Red Heart Series,' with the two as the first participants. It is available in both solo and duet versions featuring Miyeon.
Regarding this global project, Miyeon shared, "Collaborating with Jike Junyi has been an unforgettable experience," and expressed her hopes of meeting fans on stage.
Jike Junyi also mentioned, "This is my first collaboration with a Korean artist. It was fresh and exciting," adding, "I hope the free-spirited message contained in the song reaches the listeners." He is a talented artist who ranked third in the first season of 'The Voice of China' aired in 2012 and has been active in various films as well as music.
Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE, of which Miyeon is a member, will join the 'Summer Sonic 2025' festival taking place in Tokyo, Japan on August 16-17.
