Stray Kids have added another record as the first K-Pop group to perform at a major venue in São Paulo, Brazil.
They held their solo concert "dominATE" at the Estádio do Morumbi on the 6th and 7th of October (Korean time). Stray Kids is the first K-Pop group to grace this stage, which has hosted artists like Metallica, Madonna, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, and Lady Gaga.
This marks Stray Kids' first visit to São Paulo since their debut, generating explosive interest and resulting in additional shows due to total sell-outs, with a total audience of 120,000.
They delivered a premium performance, singing hits such as "MANIAC," "Chk Chk Boom," and "Walkin On Water."
A special stage was also featured, where they performed unit tracks from their digital single "Mixtape: dominATE." Fireworks were also part of the spectacle.
The members expressed their gratitude, stating, "Thank you so much for waiting a long time," and "Seeing this in person makes me feel the love from STAY (the fandom) even more. We’re happy."
They added, "We hope you enjoyed listening to our songs as much as we enjoyed performing. Thank you for creating this unbelievable moment. We won’t forget it."
Stray Kids are currently on their largest-ever world tour, which started in August last year at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, covering 55 performances across 34 regions worldwide.
They have passed the halfway mark on their Latin America tour, having performed in places like Santiago and Rio de Janeiro, with upcoming concerts in Lima on the 9th and Mexico City on the 12th and 13th to wrap up the tour.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids are set to hold a solo performance at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London this July.
