“Actors Are Not Pushovers”… Jae-hee’s Position on Being Accused of Fraud

Actor Jae-hee has made a statement regarding the fraud accusation filed by his former manager, Mr. A. On the 28th, he briefly stated through his personal Instagram, “I will strive to reveal the truth.”

He wrote, “I am sorry for causing pain to many who care about me with one-sided statements that do not reflect the truth.” He denied Mr. A’s claims with the phrase, “Actors are not pushovers.”

According to ‘Sports Kyunghyang’ on the same day, Mr. A recently filed a fraud complaint against Jae-hee at the Namyangju Southern Police Station. Mr. A also initiated a lawsuit for the return of a loan against Jae-hee.

Mr. A is known to have worked with Jae-hee for about six years. Mr. A claims, “Jae-hee borrowed 60 million won last February to open an acting school but did not repay the money and cut off contact.”

Meanwhile, Jae-hee is an actor who gained popularity through KBS-2TV’s ‘Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang’ (2005). His recent works include MBC-TV’s ‘Be a Meal’ (2021) and the movie ‘Immortal Goddess’ (2022).
