Staff members from ‘The Black Label’ experienced a falling accident during a photo shoot.

The Black Label conducted a photo shoot for their trainees on the 28th at an abandoned factory in Seogyo-dong, Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do. The factory spans a total of three floors, with the photo shoot set up on the second floor.

However, an unexpected accident occurred around 12:42 p.m. that day. The second floor, made of sandwich panels, collapsed downwards. As a result, two employees from the company and two outsourced staff members fell 6 meters below.

The outsourced staff members are men in their 30s and 40s, respectively. Both suffered serious injuries and were transported to Ajou University Hospital’s trauma center. Two company employees, a man and a woman in their 20s, were also taken to the hospital.

The police are currently investigating compliance with safety regulations among those involved at the scene. If safety regulations were not properly followed, the responsible parties could be charged with negligence resulting in bodily harm.

‘The Black Label’ was founded by Teddy in 2016. It is home to artists such as Taeyang, Zion.T, Jeon Somi, Loren, and actor Park Bo-gum. The company is currently preparing to launch a new girl group.
