
A tragic incident occurred at a South American festival attended by Tomorrow X Together. The members mourned the victims.
The renowned Central and South American music festival 'AXE Ceremonia' took place on the 5th (local time) at Parque Bicentenario in Mexico City. According to a statement from the Mexico City government, the incident happened around 5:30 PM on the 5th. Authorities reported that "a crane carrying a metal structure collapsed due to strong winds."
As a result of the accident, the crane fell, and two people lost their lives. Mexican media outlet 'El Universal' reported that "the two victims were photographers from the local music outlet 'Mister India'." The two victims were transported to a hospital immediately after the accident but sadly passed away. The festival organizers announced on social media on the 6th that the performances for the second day were canceled, meaning that Tyler, Nathy Peluso, The Marías, and others did not take the stage.
The organizers expressed, "We extend our condolences. We will support the families of the two deceased." They also mentioned, "We are closely cooperating with the authorities immediately following the incident."
Tomorrow X Together took the stage as headliners on the day of the accident. On the 7th (Korean time), they conveyed their condolences to the victims and their families through their official social media. The members stated, "We deeply mourn the tragic incident that occurred at this festival," and added, "We express our heartfelt words of comfort to the families, friends, and colleagues of the victims."
