Acting Prime Minister Han appealed to the political sector, saying, "Please refrain from excessive confrontations." He urged that the stability and survival of the community should take precedence over political gains or losses. He requested that instead of inciting division and conflict, responsible behaviors that contribute to social integration should be demonstrated.

To prevent safety accidents around the Constitutional Court on the day of the impeachment ruling, the government decided to significantly strengthen security measures. This is a precautionary measure considering the possibility of clashes due to large-scale gatherings and counter-demonstrations.

This is the third time the government has convened a meeting of security-related ministers regarding the impeachment.

The police will begin emergency duty from 9 AM on the day before the ruling, the 3rd. From midnight on the ruling day, the highest level of emergency alert, code "A," will be declared. The National Police Agency plans to fully deploy available personnel and respond strongly to illegal activities under a "zero-tolerance principle."

In addition to the area around the Constitutional Court, they plan to operate special crime prevention zones and response teams throughout the city to minimize security gaps.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety will assign on-site situation managers to subway stations near areas where gatherings are expected. If there is a sudden surge in crowds, measures such as non-stop train passage or closure of entrances will be implemented. Targeted stations include Gwanghwamun Station on Line 7, City Hall Station and Jonggak Station on Line 1, and Jongno 3-ga Station and Gyeongbokgung Station on Line 3.
