Starship is launching a boy group for the first time in about five years, following MONSTA X and CRAVITY. They reported that "core members with overall production expertise participated." 'Debut's Plan' observes the procedure of New Kids under a total of five plans. Members advancing to the final debut evaluation will be selected through voting. 'Debut's Plan' will be released on the 14th. The first round of voting for the program will take place from 10 PM on the same day until 10 AM on the 3rd of next month, with one vote allowed per day.
