IVE has begun the countdown to their comeback.
Starship Entertainment revealed the group concept photo for IVE's third EP album 'IVE EMPATHY' on their official website on the 29th.
The photo captivated with a kitschy charm. The members showcased funky styling and photogenic qualities. Each of the six members displayed their unique charms, heightening expectations for the new album.
The title track of the new release is 'ATTITUDE.' It delivers a message about embracing unchangeable situations with the distinctive perspective of IVE. The song also boasts an addictive melody.
Jang Wonyoung co-wrote the lyrics with lyricist Seo Ji-eum. A representative stated, "The synergy between Wonyoung's perspective and the protagonist of Lucky Viki is expected to be explosive, conveying a positive message."
IVE released the pre-release track 'REBEL HEART' on the 13th. They maintained their group identity rooted in "self-love" since debut while showcasing a new style.
The song illustrates a parade of solidarity among rebels with various narratives. It talks about oneself while singing about camaraderie with a more mature outlook, offering warm comfort and empathy.
IVE clinched multiple music show trophies consecutively. They achieved a total of four wins on shows like Mnet's 'M Countdown,' KBS-2TV's 'Music Bank,' MBC-TV's 'Show! Music Core,' and SBS-TV's 'Inkigayo.'
Meanwhile, IVE will appear on MBC's 'Gayo Daejejeon' on the 30th. They will release their new album 'IVE EMPATHY' on various online and offline platforms at 6 PM on the 3rd of next month.
