GFRIEND celebrated their 10th debut anniversary in style, condensing their history into about 180 minutes. From the 17th to the 19th, GFRIEND held their solo concert ‘Season of Memories’ at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
They made a promise of eternity with their fandom, BUDDY. Each day featured a different setlist, stable synchronized choreography, and stages that connected the team’s past and present, leaving a deep impression on their fans.
GFRIEND opened with “Glass Bead,” noting, “The cheers sound louder than ever. It’s a miracle that we could become one for 10 years.”
They continued with their ‘innocent’ concept songs, performing tracks like “NAVILLERA” and “LOVE WHISPER.”
The emotional and intense performances persisted, with songs like “Rough,” “Crossroads,” and “Time for the Moon Night.”
The finale of the concert featured the title track from their special 10th-anniversary album, “In Our Tender Season,” and the album cut “Always,” heating up the venue.
The members expressed gratitude, saying, “Preparing for the 10th-anniversary project felt like coming home. We didn’t need words to get along well and were able to prepare comfortably.”
They also showed affection towards BUDDY, saying, “Thank you for steadfastly standing by us,” and “BUDDY, you are the light before us on any path we take.”
They added, “Our time has never been stagnant. Meeting again, we have become stronger and deeper. Thank you for leaving us unforgettable memories.”
Meanwhile, GFRIEND is set to continue their tour in five Asian cities, starting with Osaka on March 9, followed by Yokohama, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, and Taipei.
