NMIXX captivated fans in Japan. NMIXX held their second fan concert, “NMIXX CHANGE UP: MIXX LAB,” on the 11th and 12th at the Lalaport Arena Tokyo Bay in Japan.
This fan concert marked NMIXX’s first exclusive performance in Japan. Proving their popularity, all seats were sold out early. A total of 21,300 fans attended over two days. They performed songs like “Run For Roses,” “Soñar Breaker,” “Young, Dumb, Stupid,” “Dash,” and “별별별.”
Their solid live performances and dazzling shows garnered enthusiastic responses. NMIXX also covered the song “Marigold” by Japanese singer-songwriter Aimyon and hosted various game segments.
NMIXX expressed their overwhelming feelings, saying, “We’re happy to start the year with Answer (fandom name),” and smiled, adding, “It feels like one of our New Year’s wishes has already come true.”
The members conveyed their special love for their fans, saying, “Thanks to your support, we feel like we can do anything. Thank you,” wrapping up a meaningful time.
Next month, NMIXX will continue their fan concert in Latin America. They will visit Mexico City on February 19-20, Santiago on the 22-23, and São Paulo on the 28.
An agency representative said, “Through this global fan concert, NMIXX will further expand their global presence. The presence of the hexagon girl group will shine brightly,” expressing high expectations.
They also attended the “Billboard Latin Music Week” as panelists last year and were featured on the main channel of America’s well-known public radio station NPR Music. Both appearances were a first for a K-pop artist.
